You may cancel your order at no charge before it has been dispatched from our facility. To cancel:
· Email support@thedelhiperfumeco.in or WhatsApp +91 8929799450 with your Order ID and cancellation request.
· We will confirm whether the order has been dispatched yet.
· If the order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier partner, a cancellation charge of ₹499 will be applied to cover the reverse logistics and handling cost. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
In such cases:
1. You may still request cancellation before delivery.
2. You will need to refuse delivery when the courier arrives.
3. Once the parcel is returned to our facility and inspected, we will process your refund minus the ₹499 cancellation charge.
Note: For COD orders refused at delivery (without prior cancellation notice), the same ₹499 charge applies to cover outward and return shipping costs.
Cancellations by The Delhi Perfume Co.
In rare cases, we may need to cancel your order due to:
· Product going out of stock after order placement
· Suspected fraudulent transaction
· Incorrect pricing due to a technical error
· Non-serviceable delivery address
In all such cases, we will inform you promptly and process a full refund with no deductions.
Refunds for pre-dispatch cancellations will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be credited to the bank account or UPI ID shared by you.
