The Delhi Perfume Co. ("we," "us," or "our") is an independent online retailer of authentic luxury and niche fragrances operating from New Delhi, India. We are a reseller — we do not manufacture or produce any of the perfumes listed on our website. All brand names, trademarks, and product names belong to their respective owners.
We currently ship to all serviceable pincodes across India. We do not offer standard international shipping at this time. If your pincode is not serviceable by our courier partners, you will be notified at the time of checkout or shortly after placing your order.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders across India — no minimum order value required, no hidden charges.
· Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
· An email and/or SMS notification with your tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

These are estimated timelines provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to public holidays, adverse weather conditions, courier backlogs, or other unforeseen circumstances. The Delhi Perfume Co. is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can use this tracking number on the courier partner's website to monitor the status of your shipment.
Delayed or Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment cannot be delivered after the courier partner has made reasonable delivery attempts and the parcel is returned to our origin facility, we will notify you. Upon your request, we can re-dispatch the order; however, a re-shipping charge of ₹499 will apply to cover the additional logistics cost. We will not re-dispatch until this charge is confirmed and paid. If you prefer not to have the order re-dispatched, a refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
If you receive a parcel that appears visibly damaged or tampered with:
· Do not accept the delivery if the outer packaging is severely damaged.
· If accepted, document the damage with clear photos and/or an unboxing video immediately.

· All damage claims will be handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
