These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://www.thedelhiperfumeco.in (the "Site") and the purchase of products from The Delhi Perfume Co. ("we," "us," "our," or "TDP").

By accessing our Site or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
2. About Us — Independent Reseller Disclosure
The Delhi Perfume Co. is an independent online retailer (reseller) of luxury and niche fragrances. We do not manufacture, produce, or formulate any of the perfumes listed on our Site. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorised representatives of any perfume brand, designer house, or manufacturer whose products appear on our Site.
All brand names, product names, logos, and trademarks displayed on this Site are the intellectual property of their respective owners (e.g., Dior, Chanel, YSL, Armani, Versace, etc.). Their appearance on our Site is solely to identify the products we sell and does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.
We source our products from established importers, distributors, and suppliers operating within India. Every bottle ships with a manufacturer-issued batch code that you can independently verify for authenticity.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site and place orders. By using this Site, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older.
We make every effort to display accurate product information, including fragrance name, concentration (EDT, EDP, Parfum), size (ml), and brand. Minor variations in packaging (box design, batch-specific label changes) may occur and do not constitute a product defect or grounds for return.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. Complimentary item is at TDP's discretion, subject to availability, and not a guaranteed product.
All products sold on our Site are authentic, factory-sealed fragrances. Each bottle carries a verifiable manufacturer batch code.
· All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
· Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
· In the event of a pricing error (technical glitch, typographical mistake), we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, even after order confirmation.
· Promotional or sale prices are valid only for the specified duration of the promotion.
· The "Regular price" displayed alongside sale prices reflects the standard maximum retail price (MRP) or our standard selling price before the applicable discount.
By clicking "Place Order," you make an offer to purchase the selected product(s) at the listed price. Your order is confirmed only upon receipt of payment (or for COD orders, upon our dispatch confirmation).
We accept the following:

· UPI (all UPI-supported apps)
· Net Banking
· Digital Wallets
· Cash on Delivery (COD) — available on select pincodes
All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or payment credentials.
COD orders are subject to availability at your pincode. For COD returns or cancellations, refunds will be processed to the bank account or UPI ID you provide.
Shipping is free on all orders across India. Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 business hours and delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch at no charge. Post-dispatch cancellations attract a charge of ₹499 to cover reverse logistics costs.

We accept returns only for damaged or incorrect products, raised within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and sealed. Opened or used perfumes are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and approving the returned product.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations — is the property of The Delhi Perfume Co. or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.
Brand names and trademarks of third-party fragrance houses remain the property of their respective owners. We use them solely for product identification purposes in our capacity as an independent reseller.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of this Site without our express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
· We make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free.
· We are not responsible for any loss arising from reliance on information on this Site that is inaccurate or incomplete.
· Fragrance descriptions, longevity, sillage, and scent character are subjective and may vary based on individual skin chemistry, climate, and other personal factors. Dissatisfaction with a fragrance's performance on your skin is not grounds for a return.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Delhi Perfume Co., its owners, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or products purchased from it, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific order.
We do not directly sell any Tester unit and it is only sourced through third-party sellers, the quality of the tester unit may or may not match the original retail unit, and we do not bear the responsibility for the quality of these units.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
