2. Products

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We take every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel orders placed on the basis of incorrect information.

All our fragrances are 100% authentic. Each product comes with a verifiable batch code for authenticity confirmation.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the final price.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided is accurate. We accept prepaid payments via major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets, as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver Pan-India. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are indicative only. Delays due to courier partners, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Eligible refunds or replacements will be processed within 7–10 business days.

7. Samples & Discovery Sets

Samples and discovery sets are non-refundable. They are intended for personal use only and may not be resold.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of The Delhi Perfume Co. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

9. Privacy
