Who We Are

The Delhi Perfume Co. is an independent online reseller of authentic luxury and niche fragrances. We do not manufacture, produce, or hold any brand affiliations with the fragrance brands listed on our website. All intellectual property and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Our Commitment

We take quality seriously. Every order is carefully packed and inspected before dispatch. However, if something goes wrong, we are here to make it right — within the limits described in this policy.

What Is Eligible for Return

Due to the nature of fragrance products, returns are strictly limited to the following circumstances:

1.       Damaged product — The perfume bottle or packaging was damaged or leaking at the time of delivery.

2.       Incorrect product — You received a different fragrance, size, concentration, or variant from what you ordered.

In both cases, the product must be:

·       Unused and unopened (factory seal intact)

·       In its original packaging (box, cellophane, accessories if any)

·       Accompanied by unboxing photos and/or a clear unboxing video

What Is NOT Eligible for Return

The following situations will not qualify for a return or refund:

·       Perfumes that have been opened, sprayed, or used even once (for hygiene reasons)

·       Dislike of the fragrance after opening (fragrance preference is subjective — we recommend checking fragrance notes before ordering)

·       Minor dents or scuffs on the outer box or packaging that do not affect the product inside

·       Requests raised after the 7-day return window has expired

·       Products purchased on sale or discounted collections, unless delivered damaged or incorrect

·       Testers or non-retail packaging items that are explicitly labeled as such in the product listing

Return Window

All eligible return requests must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests raised after this window will not be accepted under any circumstances.

How to Raise a Return Request

1.       Email support@thedelhiperfumeco.in or WhatsApp +91 8929799450 with:

o   Your Order ID

o   Clear photos of the product, packaging, and the issue

o   An unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims)

o   A brief description of the problem

2.       Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with an approval or rejection.

3.       If approved, we will share the return pickup details or courier instructions.

4.      Once we receive the returned product and inspect it, we will confirm the final approval of your refund within 2 business days.

The refund processing timeline begins after we receive and inspect the returned product. The actual credit to your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Who Bears Return Shipping Cost

 

If the return is due to our error (incorrect product sent) - we arrange and bear the cost.

If the product was damaged in transit - we arrange and bear the cost.

For any other approved scenario - return shipping is borne by the customer.

Order Replacements

In cases of incorrect or damaged products, we may offer a direct replacement (subject to stock availability) as an alternative to a refund, at our discretion.
